La’Chele LeGrand serves as an Executive Assistant to Colm O’Comartun, one of our Founding Partners, as well as Director of Operations for 50 State. La’Chele is an experienced and accomplished executive assistant with over 16 years of diverse experience. She is an ingenious problem solver and exceptional communicator who has supported C-suite, B-level, and D-level executives at companies like Amazon, Booz Allen Hamilton, and DynCorp International. La’Chele is highly skilled in managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, prioritizing tasks, and providing dedicated administrative support. She has received various awards and certifications, including an Advanced Certificate for the Executive Assistant (ACEA) and a Passionate Service Award. La’Chele is adept at leveraging her strong attention to detail, project management abilities, and collaborative mindset to drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

La’Chele serves as the VP of Finance for Entrusted Connections Ministry (501c3) community outreach and Entrusted Connections Life House (501c3), which assists with the transition of women ex-offenders back into society. La’Chele resides in Virginia with her husband and children.
